Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
- Free Shipping – For orders of $50 or more via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
How long does order processing take?
All orders typically require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information when available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally! However, we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and select remote regions. If you have questions about delivery to your specific location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully package each item to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on customized products or items that have been assembled or displayed. All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
