Return & Exchange Eligibility
Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Acrylic Water Arrangements – Due to the sealed nature of these products and potential for water contamination
- Centerpiece Arrangements – Custom-designed pieces that may have been specifically prepared for your order
- Any products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when the funds reach your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.
