All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Requirements
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of your receipt date
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
- Documentation: Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges
- Resalable Condition: Products must be in resalable condition without any signs of use or damage
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Acrylic Water Arrangements – Due to their sealed nature and potential for water contamination
- Centerpiece Arrangements – These are often custom-designed pieces prepared specifically for your order
- Any products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method (provided with your RMA)
- Processing: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Refund Information
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when funds reach your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, including covering return shipping for the damaged/incorrect item.
